We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific channel, stream or piece of content. Channel lineups are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to maintain our channel library at 45,000+ and our VOD library at 200,000+. However, specific titles or channels may be removed, restricted or temporarily unavailable due to source changes outside our control.

4.3 External Factors Beyond Our Control

The service may be affected by the following factors, for which MAX 4K IPTV accepts no liability:

ISP-level blocking or throttling of IPTV/streaming traffic

Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from service use
Loss of data, content or access during interruptions
Damages resulting from your internet connection, ISP restrictions or device issues
Any legal consequences arising from your use of the service in a restricted jurisdiction

Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for their current subscription period.

4.5 User Responsibility

Use of the service is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying that using IPTV services is permitted under the laws of your country or region.

Issues caused by your internet connection or ISP
Device, application or operating system problems
Non-compliance with local laws or regulations regarding streaming
Any actions taken by your ISP or local authorities regarding your internet usage
