By using our services, you agree to the following terms in full. Please read carefully before purchasing or activating a subscription.

1.1 Nature of the Service

MAX 4K IPTV Media Solutions provides a digital streaming service delivered over standard internet connectivity. The service grants access to live channels, movies and series in HD, FHD and 4K quality.

The service may experience temporary interruptions, interference, blocking, or channel changes without prior notice, due to factors beyond our control.

1.2 Usage Rules

Allowed

Using the subscription on multiple devices belonging to the same household
Installing the service on Smart TV, Fire Stick, Android Box, Apple TV, phone, tablet and PC

Simultaneous streaming on more than one device is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in the service stopping on all devices and temporary or permanent suspension without compensation.

1.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without compensation:

Re-streaming or redistributing content to third parties
Excessive account sharing outside the subscriber's household
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or bypass security systems
Reselling subscriptions without prior coordination with MAX 4K IPTV
Any activity that disrupts or harms the service or other users

1.4 Reseller Policy

Reselling is permitted after prior coordination and agreement with MAX 4K IPTV Media Solutions.

Resellers must not:

Mislead customers about the nature or features of the service
Make unrealistic promises regarding uptime, channel count or quality
Damage the reputation of MAX 4K IPTV in any way
Use branding, logos or trademarks without explicit written permission

We reserve the right to suspend any reseller account found in violation of these terms without prior notice.

1.5 VPN Usage

VPN usage is permitted with this service.

You must contact support to enable VPN access on your subscription before use. Using a VPN without prior activation may cause temporary service suspension.

1.6 Service Quality

Stream quality depends on several factors outside our direct control:

Your internet connection speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended for 4K)
The device and application being used
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and any throttling they apply
Your geographic location

We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service at all times. We do guarantee prompt support and rapid resolution of technical issues on our end.

1.7 Legal Responsibility

IPTV services may be restricted or not legally permitted in certain countries or regions. By purchasing, you acknowledge this risk.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with applicable local laws and regulations in their country of residence. MAX 4K IPTV Media Solutions accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from the user's non-compliance with local laws.

By purchasing, you confirm: "I understand that IPTV services may be restricted in my country, and I accept full legal responsibility for my use of this service."

1.8 Payments

Service is activated only after payment has been confirmed
Accepted payment methods: Cryptocurrency, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, Revolut
All payments are final after activation — refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions

1.9 Modifications

MAX 4K IPTV Media Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
