2.1 Free Trial

The free trial provides access to the full service, identical to a paid subscription. It must be used before purchasing to evaluate stream quality, stability and device compatibility on your specific setup.

2.2 General Rule

All subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. By completing payment, you confirm that you have tested the service via the free trial and accept this policy.

2.3 Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

Refunds may be reviewed and approved only in the following situations:

Valid Refund Grounds

  • The account credentials were never delivered after payment was confirmed
  • The service was completely non-functional from the first moment of activation (not partially working — completely non-functional)
  • A technical fault on our end was not resolved within 24 hours of being reported

All refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 48 hours of the issue arising, with supporting evidence.

2.4 Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued for the following, regardless of circumstances:

  • Poor or unstable internet connection on the user's side
  • Device incompatibility or application issues (device-side problems)
  • ISP blocking or throttling of IPTV traffic in your region
  • Using a VPN without prior activation on your account
  • Changes in channel lineup or content availability
  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions (simultaneous streaming, re-streaming, etc.)
  • Change of mind after activation
  • Partial use of the subscription period

2.5 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts. Please contact us directly before initiating any dispute — we will resolve legitimate issues promptly.

2.6 How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe you qualify for a refund under section 2.3, contact us within 48 hours:
